Job Description
  • Full-time, Evaluation Hire positon in Wallaceburg
  • Key responsibilities will include preparing financial statements, processing payroll, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, invoicing, generating monthly reports, resolving billing discrepancies, overseeing purchasing requirements and inventory control, organizing meetings and taking minutes, and offering guidance to the Administrative Assistant
  • Office Administration, Business, or Finance diploma ideal
  • At least three years of experience preparing financial statements, processing payroll, and supporting accounts receivable and accounts payable, preferably with supervisory/management experience is expected
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks preferred
