Junior IT Systems Support



  • One-year contract
  • Job duties will include providing technical assistance and customer problem resolution for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems/software/hardware, troubleshooting and configuring the components within the Microsoft Windows operating system, understanding and utilizing IT tools to provide problem resolution and support to customers, communicating the status of open support calls to key stakeholders, and collaborating with IT peers to develop solutions and determine root causes
  • Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Technology required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft System Centre is preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory is an asset 
  • Microsoft and other industry certifications (A+ certification) are beneficial
